Skratch Labs “Bike and Brunch” Cooking Class – October 18, 8am – 2pm

We cook a little. We ride a little. We eat a little. Learn about cooking real food for real cycling. Join the Skratch Labs team of Allen Lim, Biju Thomas, and Lentine Zahler for a cooking class at Trade, followed by a 2 hour road ride through the Blue Hills coached by local professional cyclists. After, return to Trade for a relaxing post-ride brunch.

Virtual Cycling & Training – October 22, 5pm – 8pm

As summer winds down and we reluctantly look forward to riding and training indoors, this course will help educate cyclists of all abilities, how to get the most out of riding indoors. In this interactive class, participants, will have a 30min virtual ride session using Bkool’s smart trainers and ride simulation software. Riding your bike, you will experience the complete menu of Bkool’s state of the art 3D/Video Virtual Ride Simulator features and end the session with a short virtual multi-rider road race. This is a great opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge of how technology is transforming the grind of training indoors into a captivating fitness, entertainment and social experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY: MassBike reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient registration, any Act of God, or force majeure, including, without limitation, weather, fire, flood, strike, labor dispute, civil commotion, riot or threat of violence or similar cause beyond the control of MassBike. In the event of cancellation, MassBike will notify all paid registrants of the cancellation no later than 72 hours prior to that class.
REFUND POLICY: Refund requests from students unable to attend a class will be approved up to 72 hours prior to that class. Thereafter refunds will not be made. In the event a class is cancelled, MassBike will issue a refund via check payable within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.
